Small Banneton 8-9 inches round or oval. OR a small mixing bowl with a flour sack towel. If you live more than 10 minutes away bring a cooler with an icepack to hold your banneton or bowl inside on the way home.
Clothing: Closed toe shoes and clothes that can get messy
Optional: apron, notebook, pen, small kitchen scale (highly recommended)
***You will bake your dough at home the day after class. You will need a Dutch oven AT HOME to bake your dough. If you do not have one you can use a pizza stone with a stainless steel bowl.
What you will take home:
Dough to bake at home the day after class.
A one pound bag of freshly milled whole wheat from Eck Farms.
Light snacks and drinks will be provided during class.
Cancellation Policy
Classes are refundable up to two weeks prior to class date.
Two weeks before the class date cancellations will be refunded 50% of original payment.
One week or less before class date cancellations are non-refundable.
