What to Bring:

Two small baking sheets or one large baking sheet to take your pretzels home.***

Clothing: Closed toe shoes and clothes that can get messy

Optional: apron, notebook, pen

***You will need to freeze your pretzels when you get home. Please plan on making room in your freezer to chill them. Once they are frozen, they can be transferred to a large freezer ziplock bag to take up less space.

Baking pretzels at home requires a lye bath. If you want to bake your pretzels within the first few days after class, please purchase the FOOD GRADE lye before class (you do not need to bring to class.)

Cancellation Policy

  • Classes are refundable up to two weeks prior to class date.
  • Two weeks before the class date cancellations will be refunded 50% of original payment.
  • One week or less before class date cancellations are non-refundable.
