Learn the details of mixing, shaping, rolling, and baking yeasted cinnamon rolls. We will incorporate freshly milled soft wheat from Eck Farms

What to Bring:

Required: 9x9 baking pan

Optional: apron, notebook, pen

Clothing: Closed toe shoes and clothes that can get messy

What you will take home:

  • A small bag of Eck Farms Sonora Wheat.
  • Prepped cinnamon roll dough to bake at home.
  • We will also enjoy cinnamon rolls during class as well as light snacks.

Cancellation Policy

  • Classes are refundable up to two weeks prior to class date.
  • Two weeks before the class date cancellations will be refunded 50% of original payment.
  • One week or less before class date cancellations are non-refundable.
