Fairbanks Loaf

Almost identical to the country loaf but made with a whole grain stone ground rye sourdough, this loaf has tons of flavor and a depth that can only be achieved with rye. Also includes 20% local stoneground hard white wheat from Eck Farms. If you love the country loaf, this one is for you!
